Terms of use

Effective October 9, 2026

1. Who we are and acceptance

Pragma FedRAMP is operated by Wentzel Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using this site or the workbench you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you may accept them for that organization. A separate written agreement with us, where one exists, takes precedence over these terms.

2. What the service does

The workbench helps a cloud service provider author the documentation for its own FedRAMP authorization and work through an assessment with its 3PAO: control implementation statements, evidence records, AI-drafted control narratives, OSCAL output, assessment determinations, evidence requests and POA&M items.

3. What the service does not do

FedRAMP authorization is granted by the FedRAMP program and your authorizing agency, after assessment by an independent 3PAO. Using the workbench does not grant, guarantee or speed up an authorization, and we do not act as your 3PAO or as your legal or compliance adviser. The OSCAL output passes structural checks (subset of OSCAL 1.1.2); it is not validated against the full published NIST OSCAL schema, so check it before you submit it.

4. Access and accounts

Access is invite-only and is granted at our discretion. Keep your sign-in secure, use only the role you were given, and do not try to reach another organization’s data, get around the author and assessor separation, or probe, overload or disrupt the service. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

5. Your content and AI drafts

You keep ownership of what you enter and of the documents you produce. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy notice. AI-drafted narratives are drafts grounded in the statement and evidence you provide; they can be wrong or incomplete. Every draft waits for a person to approve it, and you are responsible for reviewing what you approve and submit.

Do not upload federal data, classified information or controlled unclassified information. The workbench is meant for your organization’s own authorization documents.

6. Audit records

Drafts, approvals and assessment actions are written to an append-only audit chain for your organization. Those entries are not edited or removed once written.

7. Our intellectual property

The software, site design and our own content belong to us or our licensors. Reference material published by NIST and FedRAMP remains subject to its own terms. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service except as the law allows.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any document it helps produce will be accepted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, use or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the effective date above; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.
